Yoga For Beginners Program: we love beginners
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Are you new to yoga or nervous about jumping right into a group class? Then this is the program for you!
Through (3) 30 minute One-on-One Private Yoga Sessions you will learn Sun Salutations A and B as well as Ujjayi Breath, Drishti (Focus/Gaze), Bandhas (Foundation), Vinyasa (Flow), and Tapas (Heat) as a pathway to a solid yoga practice.

Arrive to your first private appointment 15 minutes early to complete a waiver form. Come as you are, not as you think you should be!
Investment: $90 for all three sessions, bring a friend & share the cost!
Upon completion of your sessions, your instructor will guide you into the appropriate group classes for your best success.
